For over 30 years Profile Covers Ltd has been making bespoke protective textile covers providing a service and product solutions for motorsport teams and prestige luxury automotive company's.

Our work is designed to protect valuable vehicle, parts, team, pit equipment team and workshop assets.

Made with attention to detail in Great Britain, from our clean modern facility,

our expert designers, knowledgeable cutters and skilled sewing machinists have a wealth of experience in manufacturing an impressive portfolio of protection.

We stock a large range of fabrics from the traditional soft microfleece style to more technical advanced fabrics, breathable, lightweight, waterproof, pre laminated padded, various graded foam, heavy duty with a variety of colours available to choose from.

Some applications may require insulated or fire-proof materials to meet regulatory standards.

We are well placed to advise customers on what is possible and what is practical to help save you time and money.

We are proud to support a variety of race teams from around the world competing in Formula One, Formula E, WEC, European, British Motorsport, Moto GP, Classics and Enduro Racing.

CONSULTATION

Initial communication via email or phone call to discuss your requirement, if necessary we will arrange one of our design technicians to visit you on site, measure up and take a brief, we will discuss the level of protection required and offer advice to suit your needs, budget & space. We will discuss your schedule freight dates & delivery expectations, lead times can vary depending on our work volumes - get in touch at the earliest opportunity.

DESIGN

We will establish a bespoke design and drawing to suit your needs and send a quotation detailing what your protected product will include listing each individual part to help with procurement, we will provide a materials and colour specification from our wide range of options that will be hand picked to tailor your cover.

MANUFACTURE

When your order is received we will get to work on manufacturing, we aim to have your order completed in a timely manner, we have over 20 skilled members of our team who have gained many years of experience using our tools and materials. We will provide you with a build week and work with you to achieve your expected delivery dates.

DELIVER

Once your order is complete and Quality Checked we will agree a delivery date and time with you, we understand the importance of delivering on time and when expected. We can offer a personalised service that you can trust will deliver. We have our own multiple vans that are out delivering to our customers over the country, collection is also welcomed.
